Shipment of your order.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment if the desired products are on stock.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 6,75. Shipping costs in the rest of the European mainland are € 12,50.

For deliveries in the Netherlands please consider 48 hours. For deliveries to the rest of the European mainland allow 7 to 10 days, with a maximum delay of 28 days as we depend on local postal services.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, return it within 7 days from the time we shipped and receive a complete refund, less shipping fees.

Please note the following conditions apply on all returns:

Goods returned must be new and not used. You can of course try the garments on for size.

Goods that are modified or made on request of the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will receive a refund of the amount of the goods only.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

We do not pay for return postage.

To refund the amount of the goods returned we need your name, bankaccount number and city. For international refunds we will also need IBAN and BIC codes.

If possible we will refund through Paypal.com

We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to our customers and send the good(s) by normal air mail at our expense.
