Le transport de votre colis

Les colis sont généralement expédiés en 48h après réception de votre paiement si les produits commandées sont en stock.

Les colis sont expédiés par TNT Post. Les frais de livraison pour les Pays Bas s'élevent à € 6,75. Les frais de livraison pour la France et le reste de l'Europe sont à € 12,50.

Le delai de livraison aux Pays Bas est environ 48 heurs. Pour la France et le rest de l'Europe compter entre 7 à 10 jours avec un maximum de 28 jours comme en dependent des service postaux locales.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, return it within 7 days from the time we shipped and receive a complete refund, less shipping fees.

Please note the following conditions apply on all returns:

Goods returned must be new and not used. You can of course try the garments on for size.

Goods that are modified or made on request of the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will receive a refund of the amount of the goods only.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

We do not pay for return postage.

To refund the amount of the goods returned we need your name, bankaccount number and city. For international refunds we will also need IBAN and BIC codes.

If possible we will refund through Paypal.com

We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to our customers and send the good(s) by normal air mail at our expense.
